On the occasion of the Southlake Carroll Emerald Belles 60th Anniversary, the Emerald Belle Booster Club has many wonderful activities planned. First, the Dragon's home football game on Friday, September 1 is dedicated to 60 years of Emerald Belles! The party gets started with a huge Belle Tailgate at Dragon Stadium with food, entertainment and all things Dragon.
Then, alumni can gather in pregame Victory Lines for special recognition and to welcome our players onto the field. During the game, sit with the Varsity Belles and your best Belle friends. Finally, if you are interested in reliving those half-time memories, you can choose to perform on the field with current and alumni Belles! (Rehearsal details TBD)
In anticipation of this nostalgia filled evening, you are also invited to leave your mark as a permanent part of Emerald Belle history! We are thrilled to announce that the Emerald Belle locker room at Carroll Senior High School is getting a wonderful and very overdue renovation. Two thirds of the renovation cost has been raised. To help cover the remainder, a limited number of opportunities are available for forever Belles or their families to inscribe their Belle history on a beautiful plaque, each to be placed on a new locker so that future Belles will always know your name (tours will be offered for you to see the new locker room with your plaque in place.)
In addition, soak up 60 years of memories in a special Emerald Belles 60th Anniversary commemorative book where you can place a memory tribute. Additional donations in honor of the 60th Anniversary are also welcome and appreciated.
